Strength & Conditioning
Monday, Wednesday & Friday  |  7:00am
Saturday  |  8:00am
A supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. Class held in the studio with Omar. 
Monday, Wednesday & Friday  |  8:10am
A spiritual discipline including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures for health and relaxation. Wednesdays will be Yin Yoga. Class held in the studio with Brenda (Mondays & Fridays) or Judith (Wednesdays). 
Stretch & Mobility
Wednesdays  |  4pm
This is a class that is designed to help you become more flexible in body, mind and spirit so that you feel not only more functionally mobile but also more capable to deal with the physical and mental demands of your life. This class is offered complimentary throughout this season. Please bring a long iron golf club with you to enhance your stretching
