The dining experience at our Club is a culinary experience provided by our award-winning Executive Chef Bradd Bennick. “California Cuisine is a melting pot of cultures, local ingredients and fusion cuisine; and here at La Quinta we like to make the connection between fresh food and the local farms that supply them,” says Chef Bradd.  The menus change weekly so you’ll always find something new and special to try.

Dining at the Club is complemented by attentive waiters who call you by name.  Enjoy lunch or dinner served on the outdoor terrace as you relax and take in the dramatic views of lakes, fairways, desert landscape and the Santa Rosa Mountains.  The dining room features an over-sized fireplace, impressive views and a wine room filled with fine wines and Members’ private collections.  Multiple dining venues and fare are offered at La Quinta CC.  Reserve your place at the Chef’s granite table for an intimate dinner or enjoy lighter fare in the lounge during “Pub at the Club” nights.  The Tee House is perfect for fresh pastries, homemade soup, daily specials, artisan coffee and a selection of retro sodas and micro-beers.  

Private celebrations are offered at the Club by our professional staff who will over see every detail. Choose from an intimate affair in the La Quinta Room or go all out in the open-air Eisenhower Pavilion.   We also provide in-home catering, and lunch or dinner “take-out” orders are just a phone call away.
