Breathing is one of those things. . .
Breathing is an incredibly complex topic, although, most of us seem to manage okay. Science is starting to point more and more to the power of using breath to fix a lot of different issues in the body.
One study I found compared 20 minutes of breathing practice to 20 minutes of reading. The 20 minutes of breathing practice showed decreased levels of inflammatory markers while the reading group did not.
